Legend of Kung Fu styles

WING CHUN

Wing Chun is a Kung Fu style invented by a woman and passed on to a woman. This style, known for its famous sticky hands technique, aims to defeat one’s opponent through the principle of short paths and flexible techniques.

PAK MEI

Pak Mei is the first style to advocate short-range techniques. It is distinguished by its famous Phoenix Eye strike, aimed at hitting vital points in the body, and in its attacks, it seeks to break the opponent’s bridge.

TAI CHI

Tai Chi is a precious art that provides longevity and numerous health benefits. This style leads to the harmonization of body and mind, leading to inner peace. The practice is accessible to everyone, regardless of age.

CHI KUNG

A series of therapeutic exercises designed to enhance overall health, promoting better sleep, improved digestion, and reduced stress and anxiety

Optional Classes

Optional classes are open to all levels and all Kung Fu styles. These sessions are designed to focus on specific key aspects of martial arts practice, helping students deepen their skills beyond regular training.

Combat Techniques

Close-quarters combat requires mastering distance, controlling the centerline, and reading the opponent’s intent. Every movement is aimed at disrupting balance, creating openings, and striking with precision. True efficiency in combat is achieved through the stability of the lower body combined with the fluidity of the upper body. It is the unity of the entire structure that generates real power.

Agility & Coordination

This class focuses on developing quickness, precision, and fluidity through dynamic movement training. Students will work on basic acrobatics, learn how to fall and roll safely, practice sweeping techniques, and master flying and combination kicks. The goal is to build agile, responsive bodies capable of adapting to any combat situation.

Form Refinement

In this course, students dive deeper into the internal mechanics behind the Five Animals’ strength development. Through detailed work, they will enhance their body structure, refine their techniques, and sharpen the expression of intent and energy within each form. Understanding the purpose behind every movement transforms the practice into true martial artistry.
