CURRICULUM OF THE ORTHODOX PAK MEI
BEGINNER LEVEL
Four internal methods: swallow, spit, float and sink
Tun (to swallow): Literally means to swallow, that is, redirecting the incoming force by absorbing it in order to fuel the counterattack.
Tou (spit): Corresponds to a release of force to the outside of the body. It’s a complement to Tun like yin / yang, use his knife to kill him.
Crazy (float): Allows an uprooting force that disrupts and scatters the opponent’s base. This allows the practitioner to take advantage of the opponent’s vulnerable state in imbalance.
Chum (sink): Makes his opponent completely still, thus putting him under his control. When the opponent moves, he is lifted and thrown.
